Graphic Measure International (GMI), a standardized system that was recently integrated into a program with SGS & Co., certifies, monitors and measures the performance of designated packaging suppliers—a process that holds them accountable to established brand owner standards. This program helps control the variables and ensure brand integrity through printer certification, production run sample measurement and in-store packaging assessments.
Gintzler International – NY, a Resource Label Group Co., recently completed a packaging supplier evaluation by SGS & Co. and achieved full certification status to run items for both CVS and Walgreens in accordance with Digital Certification methods.
These certifications demonstrate that Gintzler has undergone a rigorous assessment of the required equipment and process controls deemed necessary to produce consistent packaging on a regular basis on their HP 6900 Digital Press. The evaluation was organized around compliance for prepress, press, post-press operations, documentation, performance and training.
In addition to Digital Certification methods, Gintzler International – NY holds certifications for Flexographic Paper and Poly Film for the CVS and Walgreens Packaging Quality Management Programs.
